Guetzeli
They taste a lot like Butterspekulatius, not sure if it is intended.
Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 150g sugar
- 150g butter
- 1 egg
This resulted in two sheets full of cookies.

- Plastic wrap
- Cookie Cutter (alternatively a knife for cutting out rectangles)

Notes
- Original recipe (Swiss, written in German): 1 Teig, 5 Guetzli
- Dough is very sticky when warm, so you want to cool it for about the time I estimated. If you cool it too long, it gets very hard to roll out. Though you could probably roll it out mostly before you put it in the fridge.
